You should be able to understand where your training data is stored and who works with it. Here are the main principles I follow when operating the platform.
Hosting in Germany
The learning platform runs with a German hosting partner certified to ISO 27001, with data centres in Germany.
Separate company areas
Each company receives its own area. Other customers cannot see your employees, learning progress or company-specific content.
Access as needed
Access and permissions are limited to what each task requires. Systems and information are separated according to their protection needs.
Working on the content
Selected freelancers help with tasks such as specialist translations. They work on text files and have no access to the learning platform or customer data. I handle company-specific content myself.
Thoughtfully chosen tools
Where it makes sense, I use European and open-source software. This supports transparent operation and my independence in choosing tools.
