Pricing and services
One personal licence per employee, twelve months of access and a one-off setup of your company area. Here are the services and costs.

All prices exclude statutory VAT. Monthly figures are for guidance only; billing is annually in advance.
Pricing is tiered by licence number: the first 25 licences are charged at the first tier, the next 75 at the second tier, and so on.
Example: 30 employees
25 × €299 + 5 × €249 = €8,720 per year excluding VAT.

Included in the annual subscription
- All five topic areas, with suitable industry and department content.
- Practical examples, exercises, knowledge questions and content for reference throughout the subscription.
- Content updates and refresher training following relevant changes or workplace situations.
- Your workplace rules, contact people and reporting procedures in your company area.
- Tests, pass marks and records that can be set for each course: a certificate, confirmation of participation or no record.
- Training in plain language, accessible with screen readers or keyboards, in nine language versions.

One-off setup
Your introductory benefit
The setup fee is waived entirely for the first 20 signed contracts. The order in which we receive signed contracts determines eligibility.
After that, you receive 50% off the one-off setup fee, provided we receive your signed contract by 31 January 2027 inclusive.
The offer applies only to setup. Annual licence prices remain unchanged.
We set up your company area and include the agreed workplace information. The fee is based on your total number of employees, rather than the number of licences booked.

Subscription term and additional licences
The annual subscription runs for twelve months and is paid in advance. The one-off setup fee is billed together with the first annual payment.
Additional licences are charged proportionately for the remaining contract months and run until the common contract end date. Details are provided with your quote.
Languages
Training is available in German, English, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, Swedish, Spanish and Turkish.
Your company-specific content is provided in the languages you supply. Further training languages are available on request through machine translation, without editorial language review and with four weeks’ lead time per language.
